Nutritional Value of Baked Stuffed Post

For those of you that have made New Years Resolutions I just wanted to let you know that my Posts have 0 Calories, 0 Fat, and 0 Carbohydrates. So feel free to eat all you want.

Having said that after writing the 2 Blog Recipes I noticed that I neglected to give you the Nutritional Value of them. So I thought I would give you the ramifications of eating one of those Baked Stuffed Posts. So here we go. Keep an open mind here. This is the first time I am writing a Nutrition Facts Label.

In case you are wondering where I got the % Daily Values here is a little information behind the numbers.

Brain Activity: While they say a picture is worth a 1000 words I think in this case you will get more Brain Activity from the Actual Post than you do from the Image.

Total Information: The Post can give you 10% of your Daily Information needs with 8% of it coming from Saturated Information and the other 2% coming from Trans Information whatever that is.

Ideas: The Post gives you 2% of your Daily Ideas. Sure this is not a large portion, but come on it’s a short post.

Emotions: The Post conjures up 2% of your Daily Emotions. Don’t worry I am sure there are other things in your life that will give you your recommended daily allowance of emotions.

Total Fun: The Post gives you 5% of your daily fun. Like I said in the post mixing in a little fun won’t hurt.

Dietary Fun: This is what I consider “Lite Fun” kinda like “Lite Beer”.

Laughter: The Post is good for about 1% of your Daily Laughs. Make sure though you do get your full dose of daily laughter. Laughter is a very important part of life. Don’t eat it lightly.

Sadness: The Post hopefully did not bring on sadness that is why this is 0%.

Vitamin T: Thoughts

I think you’ve really hit on something here, Jim. Your mind must be mixing like a Kitchen-Aid in high gear. Keep churning them out, they are just fabulicious!!! Let me know if you need some cookbooks, I have a few thousand:)

It’s gonna be a fun New Year I can just tell!

FYI: What we now call prescriptions were once called receipts (recipes)

Thanks Louise! I am glad you like it. I’ll admit it took me a little bit to create and figure out how to get it to look real. I banged the keyboard a few times. Thankfully it still works or there wouldn’t be anymore posts :)

    Hi Jim,

Please, please, please, stop giving me credit for these Fabulicious “recipes.” I am quite aware of the amount of creative ingenuity that goes into these posts and ALL the credit belongs to you!!! Rhyming recipes have never been my forte. (Did you see the one for Pumpkin Pie?)

As for the cookbooks, you are more than welcome to any one of them. Some of the vintage ones are just filled with gone by words seeking to be brought to the masses. I may just do a post filled with some of them.

Jim, I have a bit of a “technical” question. Perhaps, you can answer. It is, when linking to someone’s blog post, does it make a difference what words or in my case, numbers, you use to create the link? In other words,

    1. Baked Stuffed Post (@ Blogging Tips and Tricks.)

Where is the best place to create the link for the other person to get “linking credit” or does it really matter?
    Thanks Jim:)

Hey you sparked the idea in my head :)
No I actually did not see the one for Pumpkin Pie. I’ll have to check it out.

The vintage cookbooks does sound interesting. I am sure there are a lot of different words that people don’t use now a days. I look forward to reading your post.

Ok you just made me think because I know I probably don’t give credit the proper way. So as far as giving proper credit I think the best way is to use the words for linking. The numbers are ok I just think the link is more visible to people if the words are used. Now really its up to you and your personal preference because as long as you have a link back to their site whether the link is in the number or the words credit is being given if you know what I mean.

Now I don’t know the exact proper format but what I have done to give credit is put the name of the person and then I put the blog name (or post) and put the link in the Blog Name. If that makes sense. Sometimes adding the name personalizes it. I don’t know if it is necessary as I have seen links that don’t have the name of the person just the blog name or post.

    Anyways here are some examples

Article Oh Boy it’s Spagetti Day! by Louise at Months of Edible Celebrations.

    or

Louise at Months Of Edible Celebrations. See the link in Baked stuffed post.

Hopefully that makes sense. I am not an expert and I need to start giving proper credit I am sure there are many formats for giving proper credit and I am just giving you a couple. I did leave a note on your blog. I think you are doing fine giving credit. Again you made me think and I am going to look into it further. I’ll let you know what I find.
    Thanks
    Jim

I must admit, Jim, my mind has been going a mile a minute as to what you can do with posts like these. The possibilities are endless AND, such FUN!!!

The Pumpkin Pie is a bit more narrative but the concept is the same. Charming too:)

I’m going to try to get to a post about words in recipes before the end of the month. My back burners “bubbleth over” right now and I’m still unpacking books. That’s pretty much all that’s left, thank goodness:)

I only asked about the linking because someone emailed me telling me I was doing it wrong and if I really wanted to give someone “link luv” I would link to the title of their blog. That doesn’t always work for me so I was just wondering. I’m going to do as I do because…

Good luck with your search into the culinary blog tipping world. Let me know if my books can help in any way!!! Louise

Hey people have their opinions. I think your links are fine. The link is there. Remember it is your blog to do as you wish :)
