This is a pretty good recipe. Cutting the fat is important. I like my blogs meaty with plenty of juices but without the extra calories. Your recipe should give Colonel Sanders a run for his money.

Thank you for the kind words Eleanor! Me write a book I don’t know if I have enough recipes up there. Wait let me look around. I do think I see some more. Honestly I don’t know where I would start in writing a book, but its an idea. I actually never thought of myself as a writer. Just a regular guy writing some recipes.

I love the string idea and you are so right that everyone has their own string that holds it all together. Thats great!

I too love the way you did this. You are completely unique and you need to market that. Have you thought about writing a book? I know nothing about publishing but I read books and your blog has the unique spin that seem to make book shops.

If my bird is particularly stuffed, I like to hold it all together with some string. Lying in bed writing this via my phone whilst chatting with the children, I know what my ‘string’ is but it will be different for everyone

Well just like chicken the post is good for you though it doesn’t quite fill you up in the same way a nice piece of grilled chicken would.

I am glad you enjoyed it. There are more recipes to follow, but just be careful these recipes have a little twist to them as you found out.
