Footer Issue

chicken footLooks like my footer has a mind of its own this morning. It decided to join my sidebar. It is lonely at the bottom. I can relate to that. Now how to I get it back to the bottom?

Update to the Footer Issue: Well with a little playing around I managed to get it back down. Now stay down there or I will have to go back in the editor and do it again.
