How to use the Comment Blacklist

So I was having trouble with a comment on my blog. This comment went to spam which was fine. I deleted it, but it would keep coming back. See my previous post Spam Comment.
Well I just wanted to thank Rob Canyon. He found me the answer. He sent me this link and it is real easy to follow. Basically you place the IP address in the Comment Blacklist.
